Mindset, Focus, Habits, and Intentional Living

Mandarina y Menta

Here, I share tools, reflections, and simple practices that have helped me improve my focus, reduce mental noise, and reconnect with what truly matters. Through mindset, intentional habits, writing by hand, and the practice of gratitude, this space invites you to slow down, think more clearly, and move forward with purpose, not from pressure, but from alignment.

In a world of constant stimulation, this is a space to slow down, think clearly, and move forward with purpose.

A space designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters, reduce mental noise, and create clarity from within.

Here you’ll find thoughtfully designed tools and workbooks that support gentle progress, emotional alignment, and sustainable growth.

A practice rooted in simplicity, where gratitude becomes a daily anchor, not a task.

Because real momentum doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from doing what matters, with presence.

What you´ll find here

We are constantly surrounded by noise.

Notifications, social media, messages, expectations to always be available. Over time, this creates a fragmented mind, a sense of urgency, and a loss of focus.

Slow living is not about doing less.

It is about doing what matters, with clarity and intention.

It is about learning to step back from unnecessary stimulation, to reduce mental overload, and to reconnect with your own rhythm.

When you protect your attention, everything changes.

Your focus deepens.
Your thoughts become clearer.
Your actions become more intentional.

And progress begins to feel lighter, not forced.

A Reflection on Focus and Modern Life

I am a mother, a professional, and someone who has made a conscious decision to keep growing, even in the midst of a full and demanding life with young children.

In a world that is constantly changing, I have chosen to make space to learn, to understand new technologies like artificial intelligence, and to move forward with intention.

But I have also realized something essential.

Progress does not come from doing more.

It comes from thinking differently.

I am learning to protect my focus, to concentrate on one task at a time, and to reduce the constant noise that surrounds us. I am learning to step away from unnecessary stimulation, to slow down my thoughts, and to reconnect with the present moment.

I have also chosen to be intentional about how I use technology. Social media, in its most demanding form, does not resonate with me. I prefer calmer spaces, where content can be explored with more intention. Platforms like Pinterest, and to some extent YouTube, feel more aligned with this way of living, as they allow for discovery without the same level of constant pressure or intensity.

Through writing by hand, daily gratitude, and intentional reflection, I have found a way to reduce stress, regain clarity, and move forward with more calm and purpose.

This space is a reflection of that process.

I share this journey under the pseudonym Ana Sol.

Not perfection, but intention.
